Alta Valsesia Italian Alps karibu

LT&C member karibu takes you to a hidden gem and UNESCO Geopark in the Italian Alps, the Alta Valsesia. The seven-day tour is based in the ruggedly beautiful town of Alagna, which is nestled at the foot of the Monte Rosa, the second highest peak in the Alps, and is home to the Walser, a Germanic shepherding people, whose iconic wood and stone-hewn Baitas pepper the alpine meadows and mountain slopes.

The journey takes you on spectacular day hikes through lush hanging valleys, charming Walser hamlets, and up to mountain refuges with panoramic views and delicious homemade meals.
